I really love this product. If you don't have any issue for tablet then I think this is perfect than drinking and diluting powder on your drinks. Also, my recovery time is very quick than the usual.

This is a great workout product. I've been looking for a perfect supplement and I found this. My trainer said that I have to take BCAA for me as it is an essential for muscle building.

I will rate it 5 stars! It is very economical plus it is in tablet form, I don't have to mix it with any liquid at all so it's really convenient for me. Plus it really helped me with my everyday workout life.

I prefer those to regular BCAAs, my trainer advised me to try out those and I'm definitely not coming back to the regular ones. Very good quality and easy to use.

I won't let my day pass without taking it. It works for me especially I am a heavy lifter, it seemed to help me with my muscle soreness if I take it after gym.

It is way more convenient than the powder type. I really like this, I take it every day for my after workout supplement. This has become my daily supplement because it provides me more energy.
