My mother has been diagnosed with clinical depression and she got sick cause of stress. Her own doctor advised us to take Ashwagandha instead of some medicine or drugs that can ruin her and he doesn't want my mother to become dependent on it. Then after 3 months of taking it, my mother is a completely different person now. She wants to associate herself with us, she is always there to accompany and most especially she wants to take other supplements from Raw Powders to helped her more on her case. Thank you Raw Powders. I hope you can help a lot of people and family too!

As a person who is in her mid-life I want to enjoy more things, but my depression is keeping me away to do that. Sometimes Im more than stress and it will lead me to my anxiety.
My doctor prescribed me some anti-depressants which I dont want to take cause Ive heard it is addictive. I went to another doctor and said if I want i could try the Ashwaghanda which is a supplement that can help me with my problem and I tried it! I didnt regret taking it, cause its just not the depression thing but the energy and strong body that it gives me is so much more. I love this and I recommend this to all of you. Also, did i mentioned that I also ordered some Melatonin from Raw Powders to regulate my sleeping routine and it works!

I'm a nursing student and I will graduate soon. I am attending my on the job practice for a month now and it makes me exhausted and drained.
Until I heard one of the doctors advising his nursing assistant to take and try Ashwagandha to lessen the stress and also for the Immune System. I'm not taking any supplement aside from this one cause it's very helpful for my everyday life plus their customer service works very good!
