I bought melatonin powder 50g. But I'm confused how much is 1 mg. If I use a spice measure would that be 1000mg melatonin? To much of course, but how do I measure?

This Melatonin is really potent. I'm using it together with other products for heavy metal detox and it's doing wonders. This is the only source of pure high dose melatonin available in the EU.

As improvement, it'd be nice if there was a acid tolerant capsule version of this product, as the melatonin itself has a very powerful taste and should be in the GI, passing the stomach acid environment.

Only complain is that they don't ship to the Balearics, hopefully that'll change :)

Helt klart det bästa melatoninet jag någonsin tagit. Har köpt på mig så jag har tills jag inte lever längre. Jag vill inte vara utan detta en enda natt!

Sehr potentes Produkt! Nicht zu vergleichen mit den Melatonintabletten, die man sonst so im Handel findet! Ganz wenig ist hier bereits eine 5mg Dosis, die man sonst bei den Tabletten mit Füllstoff finden. Eine ganz kleine Messerspitze genügt bereits! Aber keine Sorge, wenn man zu viel erwischt, dann schläft man eben etwas länger... Man kann damit auch wunderbar Melatoninsalben machen, die man so im Handel nicht in hoher Konsistenz mehr bekommt. Diese eignen sich für alles mögliche, speziell zur Reinigung und Aktivierung der Zirbeldrüse. Also alles in allem, ein sehr gutes Produkt, was ich nur wärmstens empfehlen kann!
