I don't know if it's the product or if I can't tolerate it, but it increases my anxiety a lot and gives me headaches. So my rating is relative to my personal experience I put 3 stars because I do not know where my reaction comes from, in any case it clearly does not suit me

Really good product for calming physical anxieties. If I feel jittery or nervous I take around 3-4 tablets and it works wonders. Lower doses seem to also work well combined with caffeine.
